Why hasn’t Paul Gazelka joined the House Members in Lawsuit to Stop Governor Waltz’s Power Grab???

Republican Legislators in Wisconsin and in Illinois and small businesses have challenged their Democrat Governors in court over the Draconian enforcement of Lockdown powers preventing small businesses and citizens from making a living while allowing Walmart and Large Chain Corporations continue to operate while these same Governors were alright allowing massive protests by Pro-Marxist organizations like Antifa and BLM. The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down and VOIDED the ENTIRE LOCKDOWN ORDER finding it Unconstitutional.  In Illinois, a lower court struck down the Lockdown Order on Constitutional grounds.

However, in Minnesota, Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka (a State Farm Agent) has failed to join a lawsuit by small Minnesota businesses and by House Members Representative Steve Drazkowski, Representative Jeremy Munson, Representative Cal Bahr, Representative Tim Miller to challenge Governor Walz’s authority to declare a peacetime emergency and unilaterally write laws. “Using MN Stat. Sec. 12.31, the Governor usurped the legislative process and the checks and balances provided by our three branches, when he unilaterally declared a peacetime emergency and provided himself the power to write laws. He did this assured that with a split legislature his powers would never be taken or limited.” [See https://www.jeremymunson.com/lawsuit.]

In Illinois and Wisconsin, Republican lawmakers were able to overturn the Governors Draconian Power Grab by fighting back together, but Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka refuses to join the lawsuit so that there is Republican UNITY in this fight which would give the lawsuit more power and influence. DOES Paul Gazelka care more about BIG Corporations Like The One He Works For (namely STATE FARM) than for SMALL BUSINESSES & INDIVIUAL Americans suffering hardship from the Lockdown Orders.  More importantly, DEFENDING THE FREEDOM OF ALL MINNESOTANS is apparently NOT a Priority for him.  If Governor Watz is allowed to continue the Emergency Powers – WALZ will CONTROL the ELECTION with MAIL IN BALLOTING. This could allow permanent Democrat control of Minnesota as this year is Census year when the redistricting for the entire state is done for the next ten years.

Will Gazelka exchange Governor Walz giving up his Emergency Powers to pay for an ENORMUS Bonding Bill caused by the 500 million in damage done to the Twin Cities resulting from the LACK OF WILL in Democrat leadership to defend the Twin Cities from the rioting of Pro-Marxist Out-Of-State Groups like Antifa and BLM? Then, will Walz double cross Gazelka and claim a second waive of the Virus has struck and Declare a New Emergency TO CONTROL the ELECTION BY MAIL IN VOTING?  Why doesn’t Gazelka have the will to join the lawsuit and go to the FEDRAL GOVERNMENT and ask that it get involved to stop the craziness and the murder in the Twin Cities? If Republican Leadership does not take BOLD steps fast, how much will ordinary Minnesotans pay???

I am your Blue-Collar attorney admitted to the State Bars of Minnesota and Wisconsin. I was born and raised in a small farming community in the Midwest and was an All-Conference college football player at Knox College where I finished in the top 10% of my class and won the highest award in Economics as the best graduating student in the department. I then received a degree from the University of Chicago Law School, a Top Five Law School, after transferring from the University of Illinois Law School where I had made Law Review. In a career of over 20 years, I have combined vigilant old-fashioned work ethic with my relentless pursuit of justice. My empathetic approach to my clients and work ethic quickly garnered me a reputation as a formidable and well-respected attorney, resulting in my nomination as a rising star in Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine. Further, I have become a savvy and seasoned litigator who will fight to obtain the best results for his clients whether it is a personal injury case, criminal case, family law matter, employment dispute, or any other litigation matter. I am running for State Senate District 09 in Minnesota because my local senator for months refused to confront Governor Walz on the extended unjustified lockdown using medical models from grad students at the U of M while sending COVID19 patients to nursing homes exposing the most vulnerable Minnesotans. Then, he failed to adequately address the politicians in the Minneapolis fever swamp who are liberal socialists that allowed Antifa and BLM to act with impunity in destroying areas in the Twin Cities without any justification causing 500 million dollars in damage. I intend to bring my work ethic, family values and tenacity to fight for and represent Senate District 09. Minnesota needs fighters now to help save the state and the Twin Cities from misguided politicians. Any donation of $20, $40, $50, or even $100 or more will help me send him back to his insurance job and go fight for YOU. 1. I hope you win big, Mr. Dahl ! I can’t vote for you, as I’m in 23 b and will be voting for Jeremy Munson. The swamp that brought us RINO-G has put up a challenger against Jeremy as the MN swamp does not like that Jeremy actually speaks his mind! When you get elected I hope you join the New House Republican Caucus as they are actually willing to fight against the DFL and RINOs that are destroying our State. Thank you for running against RINO-G!
